Ensuring that a positive culture is present in the workplace will go a long way towards keeping your organization running smoothly and keeping your employees happy. Organizational culture is determined by the leaders and can be created and reinvented. In starts with choosing a legacy, cultivating daily positivity, and constructing high performing teams. ABOUT THE INSTRUCTORS
Dr. Stevie Dawn Blakely serves as Chief Leadership Officer at Stevie Dawn Inspires. In this role, she is responsible for developing and facilitating group training and individual executive coaching to organizations and individuals. Stevie Dawn brings a variety of experience in the corporate, non-profit, and governmental sectors. She has owned multiple small businesses and specializes in Emotional Intelligence strategies for the workplace. She enjoys challenging people to change their workplace behaviors.
