Is Your Fundraising Successful? – Evaluate Your Efforts

February 27 @ 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM

Are your fundraising efforts on the upswing? Or are you stuck in the same rut with the same activities year-after-year?

If asked by a board member or a colleague regarding your fundraising strengths and weaknesses… would your response be based on A) a wild guess based on anecdotal information B) a scientific wild guess with basic data or C) hard data?

This half-day class provides a realistic method to review your activities; in order to effectively evaluate what’s working well and what you can modify to ensure maximum impact.

Learning objectives:

  • Define the historical data points of fundraising performance and donor/board experience to utilize for analysis
  • Compare effort and expense to return on investment of fundraising activities
  • Identify best practice measurements and KPIs to benchmark your organization

  • Evaluate your strengths and opportunities in relation to your development plan
