Used by 70% of Fortune 500 companies, DiSC Workplace helps to build more effective relationships with everyone in your organization, regardless of title or role. By appreciating the motivators, actions, and reactions of others, it is a powerful tool in resolving conflict for greater harmony in the workplace. Participants will look clearly at different elements of their own behavior style, styles of others, and how they influence various ways people work.
After completing this program, participants will be able to:
- Identify the four basic personality/communication styles
- Recognize and understand the dynamics of their own style and how they interact with other styles
- Implement best practices on how to adapt one’s style to build more effective relationships

Prerequisites: None, DiSC assessment for participant included

Parking: All CNM guests must park on the 6th level of the parking garage located next to the tall Westbend I office building where CNM is located. ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR
Kerry Reis has more than 25 years experience in the design and delivery of coaching, sales, and leadership training programs. She has worked with all levels of employees from trainees to CEOs in a variety of organizations and corporate industries. Her instructional approach is geared toward real-work applications. Kerry holds a B.A. in Business from Michigan State University and a Graduate Certificate from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University.
