Prism Health North Texas is advancing the health of North Texas through education, research, prevention, and personalized integrated HIV care. The development associate will be part of a hard-working, focused, creative, and supportive development and marketing team. The position supports Agency fundraising events including LifeWalk, organizing and managing archival documents, donor databases and websites, all aspects of the Agency Volunteer Corp, and the donation process. As the development associate you will be interacting with donors, volunteers, board members, vendors, and support the efforts of the director of annual philanthropy. Individual must display respect and compassion in working with diverse backgrounds. Individual must be able to stand for long periods at special events sponsored by the Agency and lift 50 pounds.
Requirements: A Bachelor’s Degree; a minimum of two years administrative support, fundraising experience, or similar experience; proficient knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint; experience with ABILA FR50 donor management software & TeamRaiser/Luminate preferred; familiarity with social media is a plus. Candidate must be able to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines with strong planning and organizational skills; have the ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing with attention to detail; be available to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends and possess valid driver’s license; have access to a reliable vehicle, and proof of insurance.
