The Gatehouse in Grapevine is seeking a full time Grants and Donor Administration Manager. This person will manage all aspects of the grant process that support the organization’s operating budget and capital campaign as well as the maintenance and administration of donor records.
Grant Management: Identify new funding sources, determine areas of funder interest, develop donor profiles, target appropriate ask amounts, and prioritize and evaluate prospects.
Write, edit and submit letters of intent, grant applications and reports for foundations and corporations.
Maintain comprehensive records of all funding requests, deadlines, funders, prospects, and calendar of grant activities and deadlines.
Donor Administration: Manage financial tracking, reporting and donor follow up of all charitable contributions. Enter donations into CRM and create/coordinate mailing of tax acknowledgments and in-kind donation acknowledgments.
The position requires a demonstrated success in development and non-profit grant solicitation, excellent verbal and written communication skills, analytical and problem solving skills and the ability to work independently.
