Ensure the health, safety and well-being of older adult clients of The Senior Source’s Guardianship Program.  Interact with clients, court, nursing facilities, families, and others.  Make client visits and prepare reports detailing case-related activities.  All responsibilities of case manager must be performed within time frames and requirements of Texas Minimum Standards for Guardianship Services, TGA and NGA Standards, Texas Estates Code and any contracts or grants.  This includes a required certification through the Judicial Branch Certification Commission.  Our case managers carry cell phones to attend to client emergencies, on a rotating on-call basis.


A Masters degree from an accredited college or university and a minimum of one year of full time experience in direct social service work;

Experience working with older adults.  Experience working with volunteers a plus;

Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Salesforce1 Platform a plus;

Strong organizational skills, attention to details and strong supervisory capabilities; and

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a desire to pursue mandatory professional certifications.

Prior guardianship experience a plus

LMSW a plus

Proficiency speaking Spanish a plus
