The Lamplighter School is currently seeking a full-time (30 hour/week) Human Resources Coordinator. This position is responsible for assisting with HR related tasks in the following areas: payroll, recruitment, benefits administration, policy implementation and employment law compliance. Candidates must be detail-oriented, deadline-oriented and possess strong organizational skills. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Office. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business preferred. At least three or more years of experience in human resources or financial environment.
