As Project Transformation North Texas enters its 20th year of service, we seek an experienced and energetic Marketing and Communications professional, who will work to help securing financial resources through marketing, communications, and management of various fundraising activities. The ideal candidate is strategic and a self-starter with non-profit experience in marketing, communications, and/or development. (Must have 3-8 years of relevant experience; may be a director-level position, depending on experience.) This position has management responsibilities for 2 other staff members as well as grant-writing consultant. Our staff is close-knit and looking for a fun and hard-working colleague to help as we implement a new strategic plan and enter excitedly into our next 20 years of quality programming for children, youth, and emerging adults. We seek to continue growing our marketing, communications, and fundraising strategies, and are looking for the right person to join our team!
