Title:  Program Recruitment Coordinator

Reports To: Senior Director of Family Services

Job Summary: The Program Recruitment Coordinator is responsible for helping to increase the client flow and community partnerships of Interfaith Family Services (Interfaith) as we expand our services to include a Non-Residential Program. This includes researching and developing partnerships with apartment complexes, churches, and community organizations, being familiar with and able to share about both the residential and non-residential programs at Interfaith, and creatively engaging with potential clients and referral sources. Some evenings and weekends are required in this position.


  • Develop 12 month recruitment plan for non-residential program clients
  • Develop relationships with apartment complexes, community organizations, and churches to establish steady referral streams for program clients
  • Communicate regularly with Home and Hope team about program openings
  • Research and actively seek out opportunities to recruit potential clients and referral partners


  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 2 or more years of experience in sales or outreach preferred
  • Experience working in the nonprofit sector preferred
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Comfortable with public speaking and interacting with potential clients and referral partners
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Acute attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize/balance multiple projects at once
  • Resourceful and innovative
  • Creative/strategic thinker
