PHNTX is seeking a program manager to administer and oversee a new program. This position is responsible for the implementation and coordination of activities to ensure access to treatment for substance use disorders (SUD) /co-occurring disorders (COD) for individuals living with HIV or those at high risk for infection. The applicant must demonstrate a working knowledge of SUD/COD treatment modalities and program development, implementation, and management. The applicant must be able to provide administrative and clinical supervision for behavioral intervention specialists. S/he must be able to establish and maintain positive relationships with partner agencies. S/he must be able to conduct group therapy and psycho-education sessions as needed. The position requires a master’s degree in social work or related field or Ph.D. in psychology. The applicant must have current state licensure in good standing as a licensed clinical social worker, licensed professional counselor, or licensed clinical psychologist. The candidate will be required to use his/her own vehicle for transportation between PHNTX facilities and partner agencies. Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
