The Vice President of Foundation is a member of the Leadership Team and Management Team. The primary objective of this position is to oversee Tri Delta’s development efforts with the goal of meeting the Foundation’s fundraising goals and driving enterprise measures for member engagement, member satisfaction and brand perception. The VP of Foundation collaborates with the Foundation Board, CEO, Marketing & Communications Team, Enterprise Operations Team and Housing Operations Team to build and implement short-term and long-term fundraising strategies for Tri Delta and related entities. The VP of Foundation is responsible for overseeing the entire donor lifecycle for Tri Delta Foundation donors (identification, cultivation, solicitation and stewardship, including recognition/retention for major and planned gift donors), as well as the management of Foundation operations, including program management (scholarships, Crescent Fund and Collegiate Crescent Fund grants, Trilogy grants and Housing campaigns). The VP of Foundation is also responsible for the Annual Fund and annual unrestricted fundraising goals. The VP of Foundation is directly responsible for hiring, firing and performing evaluations of staff under his/her leadership.
