Description

The Vice President of Marketing & Communications is a member of the Leadership Team and Management Team. The primary objective of this position is to achieve enterprise measures for member engagement, member satisfaction and brand perception through marketing and communications. The VP of Marketing & Communications collaborates with the entity Boards as needed, CEO, Leadership Team, Member Experience Team, Foundation Team and Housing Team to establish a long-term marketing & communications strategy for Tri Delta. The VP of Marketing & Communications is responsible for leading public relations, extension, content strategy and creation, digital and social media production, print production, Tri Delta Shop merchandising and website coordination, as well as acting as a liaison to marketing and communications vendors. The VP of Marketing & Communications is directly responsible for hiring, firing and performing evaluations of staff under his/her leadership.
