SafeHaven of Tarrant County seeks applicants for the position of Vice President (VP) of Non-Residential Services. This is a new position and is part of a team of vice presidents reporting to the agency’s Chief Operating Officer. The VP of Non-Residential Services will oversee the operations and administration of all non-residential victim serving programs including clinical counseling, legal programs, and crisis and outreach services.
The Vice President of Non-Residential Services is responsible for the administration and oversight of SafeHaven’s non-residential victim service programs, which include clinical, legal, and crisis and outreach departments. Directly supervises the Clinical Director, Legal Services Director and the Director of Crisis and Outreach Services. The VP pf Non-Residential Services is responsible for the administration and oversight of all non-residential client services, including crisis intervention, case management, legal programing, clinical counseling and related services. Oversees programs located at both agency resource centers located in Fort Worth and Arlington. Partners with facilities and residential services leadership to ensure effective operational program implementation.
Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology or similar field required. LCSW, LMSW, or LPC-S preferred. Minimum ten years of experience in program development, management, and supervision. Experience in managing victim service programs preferred. Experience in program design, strategic planning, leadership, staff supervision, grants management, compliance and reporting required.
