The Director of Marketing & Programs will assist the Executive Director in cultivating, managing and growing the Carrollton Farmers Branch ISD Educational Foundation's donor and corporate sponsor base, as well as overseeing and implementing programs and assigned strategic fundraising and marketing objectives while building and promoting our mission, vision and brand.
Summary of Essential Job Functions:
*Develop strategies for cultivation and solicitation of corporate gifts, government and foundation grants and individual gifts for program, capital and operational support.
*Maintain donor tracking to include but not limited to donor information, giving history and prospecting.
*Develop marketing budget and annual Marketing Plan.
*Develop all marketing and promotional materials.
*Lead the Employee Giving Campaign.
*Coordinate and lead donor recognition program.
*Coordinate & Manage the selection and awards process for all scholarships and grants.
*Provide leadership with all special events and programs.
*Develop and manage CFB employee discount program.
*Develop and implement creative fundraising programs
*Promote the organization's programs and services to the community and the mass media.
*Schedule and facilitate onsite visits and presentations with corporate sponsors, community leaders, donors, and CFBISD principals, teachers and students.
*Support CFBISD with campus activities and programs.
*Recruit volunteers for special projects.
*Create and lead all social media promotions to include Facebook/Twitter as well as email marketing and web site management.
*Review, filter, and make recommendations regarding fundraising opportunities sent to the Foundation by other companies seeking to partnerships.
*Execute assigned administrative and clerical duties in a timely manner.
*Serve as the staff liaison on committees as assigned.
*Support and promote the CFBISD Educational Foundation's Mission "To enrich the educational opportunities in the schools of CFBISD" and our Vision "To support the CFBISD as a leader and innovator in public education through a broad base system of community support."
*Other assigned duties and projects provided by the Executive Director.
Minimum Requirement & Other Details
Bachelor’s Degree: 1 year of Marketing Experience
Salary: $30,000 - $38,000 DOE
